Terms of Service
Rules and guidelines governing your use of Prowave Technology services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Prowave Technology provides web development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, web security, and related IT services. The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements in a timely manner
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
- Ensure you have rights to all content, images, and materials provided to us
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns all custom work created specifically for their project. Prowave Technology retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used in delivering the service.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Standard terms require a deposit before work commences. Overdue payments may result in work being paused until payment is received.
6. Limitation of Liability
Prowave Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
